With the help of other consortium companies, CBIS Inc. will be securing invitation letter for
the exploratory visit and an interview in a particular province, guide the applicants during exploratory visit, arrange their meetings with professionals and government officials and would procure the assistance of a professional to get a business plan prepared for the applicant. When on the basis of business plan, diary maintained during the exploratory visit, financial statements and other relevant documents, an application is filed for Nomination/ Selection Certificate then CBIS Inc. would be ensuring that there are no hassles in getting the requisite Nomination Certificate. On the basis of Nomination Certificate, the other companies in the consortium would be submitting the final application for obtaining permanent residency. CBIS Inc. would be performing most important function of ensuring a part investment in a business during the interregnum period between grant of nomination certificate and grant of permanent residency so that when the applicant lands as a permanent resident, the income starts accruing and the applicant’s integration to the Canadian society becomes smooth and comfortable. Under the Provincial Nominee Program, a skilled person must get a job offer, which is duly approved by Service Canada and for this purpose full assistance will be provided by the company. As on the basis of duly approved job offer, permanent residency may be granted after number of months and the employer may not like wait CBIS Inc. will ensure that such applicants become eligible for work permit for the period till they get permanent residency under a particular Provincial Nominee Program.
